Cancellation of order and Refund
If user have ordered from Mildsent dot com and have made payment, he/she can cancel it within 2 hours from the time of booking. It can not be cancelled once the parcel is packed and handed over to the delivery partner.
The payment would be refunded fully within 7 working days to the original bank account.
